Dr. Geeta Dhembare is functioning as CEO at Fidelity Health Services (FHS) along with being on the board of directors of Fidelity Diagnostics. She is a medical graduate from C M Patel medical college, Mumbai having extensive experience in healthcare and medical informatics.
Anand Jadhav leads the Pharmacovigilance team at FHS. With stellar leadership, and deep expertise in adverse event management and regulatory compliance, he ensures that FHS drug safety operations operate seamlessly and adhere to the highest industry standards.
A pharmaceutical graduate with an MBA in Operations, Mr. Jadhav boasts 15 years of professional experience, including 12 dedicated to Pharmacovigilance. He has previously worked on key roles in prestigious MNCs, CROs, BPOs, and pharmaceutical companies and brings invaluable insights to our team.
Nisarg is Head of Quality at Fidelity Health Services and manages quality systems including compliance monitoring and training aspects.
He has rich experience of 9+ years working for pharmaceuticals and CROs in various aspects of PV including quality assurance, various drug safety operations like literature search, ICSR, aggregate reports and medical Information systems.
Tarun has 11 years in different profiles of business development offering clinical research services & solutions (databases), primarily pharmacovigilance services.
Currently responsible for expanding the company’s business services utilizing his techno-functional expertise.
Monica heads the Human Resource Department in Fidelity Health Services. She is responsible for leading the company’s talent strategy, compliance, and operations.
Monica has served for more than 6 years with the company and her initiatives to entice, cultivate, talent has enhanced the company’s progress.
She is accountable for the human resources strategy to upkeep the company’s business transformation into a highly profitable organization. Monica holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources from the University of Pune.
Satish has pursued post-graduation in Commerce and an additional Diploma in Taxation Law from Pune University with more than 12 years of experience in managing accounts and finance portfolios in the healthcare sector. At Fidelity Health Services, he owns reviewing financial reports, monitoring accounts and financial operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing relationships with financial institutions and auditors, and preparing financial forecasts. He has implemented strong accounting policies and robust MIS reporting in the organization.
